Quality of Players (Rated 7 out of 10)
Since Better Poker is part of large poker network there are a wide variety of players of all skill levels from the fish that are just learning how to play to the sharks who have been playing for years. The smaller stakes tables always have few bad players, though as you move to higher limits you should expect to face harder competition.

Software (Rated 8 out of 10)
The software that all poker rooms on the iPoker network use is very good. The client is stable, I didn't experience any crashes and PokerTracker 3 works perfectly with their software. The game selection lobby is very nice, it's easy to find a table that suits your needs and the game filters are very helpful. On the left side of the screen there is a cascading menu where you can easily find everything you'll need to find a table. At the bottom of the lobby there is very helpful 'My Account' button where you can keep track on your pending bonuses, a 'Cashier' button for making deposits and withdrawals, a 'Promotions' button where you can see all of the offers that are currently running and an 'Online Help' button so you can get customer support for any problems you may be having. When I had an account problem, Better Poker's customer support team responded very quickly and in a professional manner, overall they were very helpful!
There are also some cool features you'll see while sitting at the tables, if you look in the lower-left corner of the screen you'll find a chat box, options to configure the software, hand history and stats buttons. One downside is that the tables are not resizable, but at least they have mini-view tables that should make it much easier for card sharps that like to play at multiple tables at the same time.
Another neat feature is that your Better Poker Points balance is displayed right on the table as you play, making it very easy to keep track of your bonus progress.

Graphics (Rated 7 out of 10)
In addition to Better Poker's good-looking tables, you can also choose your own full-sized avatar to represent yourself at the tables. Of course, this can be disabled completely for players that are not interested in viewing player avatars. There are several options for setting up your tables in a way that suits you with optional features such as using a 4-Color Deck, showing your hand's strength, speech bubbles above players avatars, and seeing your cards after you've folded them.

Profitability (Rated 5 out of 10)
The bonuses that Better Poker offers are similar to those offered by other poker rooms on the iPoker network. Better Poker currently has a deposit match bonus offer of 100% up to $500, where you'll receive $5 of your bonus for every 500 Better Poker Points collected. Better Poker Points are awarded for every hand that is raked for at least $0.25, and you'll earn from one to ten Better Poker Points depending on how much was raked from the pot.
The only things not to like about Better Poker is that there aren't any big freeroll tournaments and the fact that Better Poker Points can only be redeemed for cash.
